I have a question

Ok for those of you that have yours or if you just know. What the heck is the button next to the cigarat lighter. Here is a link to a picture that has the button. Just wondering what it is I have seen it in pictures but I have not seen it in any truck that I have gone and looked at.

That button disables the Reverse sensors...For when you are towing a trailer and backing up..It is part of one of the option packages.. I think the towing package..

It is an option in and of itself, not related to the Tow Package. It is the "Reverse Sensing System"

Yes the "P" button is to disable the Parking aid. Ford sometimes calls it Reverse sensing system and sometimes parking aid, but the buttons are usually marked with a P and some lines.

If you don't mind, need to hijack this thread...

Don't want to clutter the forums with another thread about the Reverse Sensing system and since my questions is related...

If you get the non-Audiophile radio and the reverse sensing system, can the radio be upgraded at a stereo shop without losing the function of the reverse sensing system? I thought I read somewhere that it is wired into the radio.
