Nahh I'm just driving around with my stereo out.

Actually yes. See the 2004 Aspen Green Lariat (monotone) thread for more details on my install.

Hey breser, which of those plugs are used when hooked up to the truck?
Should narrow down which ones are used for aux, UNLESS, the overhead DVD system is linked to the head unit via wires already connected into it.

Anyone have an idea as to how to find out which pins are aux input? I mean besides possibly frying it or the audio source?

Maybe disassemble the radio and look for silkscreen info on the pcboard? Or trace the circuits?
Honestly I couldn't tell you. Car Toys took the radio out. But from looking at the wires in my dash I seem to recall there were 3 of them floating around in there. My recollection could be wrong. But if all 3 plugs are hooked up then it wouldn't help much.

Ideally we should be able to get a wiring diagram from Ford that shows us what goes where. But I haven't seen anything like that yet. Which is my hold up on my subwoofer being hooked up to my new head unit.
