Conventional or Synthetic?

'04 F-150 Owners,

This has probaly been discussed before but I was wondering. Does your owner's manual specify whether to use conventional or synthetic 5W-20? If conventional oil which brand do you prefer to use(Motorcraft, Havoline, Castrol, Valvoline, etc.)? Favorite Synthetic?

I believe the consensus was Mobil 1 0W-20

Edit: More Info:
Mobil 1 With SuperSyn 0W-20 Spec Sheet

Mobil 1 with SuperSyn 0W20 is engineered specifically for Ford, Honda and any other vehicle where a 0W-20 or 5W-20 engine oil is recommended. Mobil 1 with SuperSyn 0W-20 exceeds API SL/CF, ILSAC GF-3, and the performance requirements Ford WSS-M2C-153H specification.
