2004 F-150 4x4 PremiumCare (closest to bumper to bumper Ford offers) $0 Deductable 4 years (from date of original purchase) or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) $1800. This assumes that you are not titling the vehicle to a buiseness and it has less than 12K miles. If you go with the standard $50 deductable the price drops to $1470

Another option that started on October 1st is now we can offer Roadhazard tire protection (pays to fix or replace damaged tire). It adds $90 to a 100K mile plan.
