Wedgewood Truck Arrival Pics

To all,

Thank you for all of your postings. I have read and used much of the information that you have been providing. I finally picked up my truck on 10/2. It is a Lariat, Wedgwood Blue/Beige two tone, 5.4L, Flow thru console, power rear window, 3.73 LS, Audiophile, with black running boards. I hope these pictures work! If they don't, I will keep trying.

A review of the truck will follow after a little more driving. I will have to say, that I am not having the knocking noise, nor the problem with the temp readout.

I have posted in some other threads that I started talking to my dealer in April, and I believe the order was taken in late July maybe early Aug, I am not really sure. My build date was 9/15.

Han-Ford: It's a beauty allright. Congratulations. From what I can tell, it's exactly the same truck that I received a week and a half ago. I was curious what the black running boards would look like so thanks for posting the pics. They look great. I was considering both those and the styled molded (painted AZ Beige) so now I'm really confused. I heard the ticking only once at idle the day after I got the truck but haven't heard it since. As far as the thermometer goes, I didn't think I had a problem either but the other day it showed 58 degrees and it was probably low 80's at the time. Since then, no problem. I'll be gettin another (I have one on my '01 Screw) SnugLid tonneau cover when it becomes available in about 2 weeks and I'll post pics of it (and whatever other minor mods I do) as I do them. Enjoy your truck.

OK HAN-FORD, time to program that HomeLink so you can do away with your garage door opener like I did!
