Minimum 15% AAA discount on Accessories at Ford Dealers

if you are a AAA member (not insurance, just roadside assistance membership) you can go to any Ford dealer that participates in this program (call AAA and they will tell you who participates in your area) and get a minimum 15% discount on any accessories sold by the dealer. this may not include work done off-site, for example spray-in bedliners (you have to ask). but any accessory sold by the dealer (running boards, extended warranty, etc) are discounted. some items are discounted more than 15%.

forgot to mention, there is also AAA pre-negotiated prices for dealers that participate. AAA told me that they MUST give you this price, they cannot turn you away and that they don't want to sell you that vehicle. the prices are about $1000 over invoice for the new F-150, I think the exact number is $1200 over invoice, but you can check with your dealer. if you can't get a dealer in your aea to budge off of MSRP, this is a good way to get it about $3-$4K under MSRP, depending on the vehicle.

That is good info. I'll use that and see if my dealers are in the AAA system. I know I can get a good deal from one of the lots around here, so I'll use that for the warrenty and extra's.
