Incentives , what to do?

Ok , my lariat screw has finally arrived at dealer , after almost (3) months wait. I looked at , and drove, and all is ok , everything just as ordered, now , do I go ahead and get it this weekend , or wait until 10/01 and possibly some kind of rebate , as I think that would the day for new rebates , if any . your thoughts please.

JMO, but I don't think they'll think about offering incentives that early. It'll probably happen after the new year. These trucks seem to be moving pretty well, especially with the ordered ones, so they'll probably hold out on the incentives.

TAKE THE TRUCK NOW !!!

just my $.02

You must not have seen the thread about the record Sales Ford is having with the new F150's.. They're not going to give out incentives unless they have to. I'm not expecting them anytime soon. Of course, I've been wrong before..

I think you get whatever incentive is offered when your truck comes off the hauler. So right now there is not any incentives.

Take it home! Don't think the market is right for incentives yet. Sales all too good so far. ENJOY!

You can leave it there and let other people use it as a test drive model until you pick it up. Where's that dealer????? I don't have mine yet, and would love to beat someone elses in a test drive.

Thanks , everyone for your opinions, I guess I will go ahead and make the deal tomorrow or monday. The salesman at dealership also said he didn't think any incentives would be offered yet. he said he would keep it in his shop , as I let him know that it had only 21 miles on it after my test drive , so I don't think anyone will be driving it. Thanks again ,

If your waiting until Monday, why not wait until the first? I don't expect much for rebate, but its possible that $500 might happen or more likely would be some lower intrest rates.

The factory may not be adding incentives, but what discount is your dealership offering?

Here in San Diego County, we have over 15 Ford dealers, and of the 5 I checked out, they are advertising brand new 2004's at $3,500 of MSRP on XLT's and $4,500 on Limited/FX4.

I'm seeing some 03's going for 8K off MSRP!
