When to dealers find out about incentives
When will dealers know what incentives exist for November?
Do they get the news on the 1st or days before?
I think my truck will be here the last few days in October and would want to know if any incentive changes will occur for the next month.

Incentives are not announced until athe present ones expire. Thus, there could be a problem with dealers not selling many vehicels at the end of the current period if people know the next one is better. Dealers do not get their information (which is via the computer system) until a day or two after the last program expired in general.
