I'm a junior in high school and am looking forward to getting my truck around April. I just have a few questions about the STX..

-Why, god, why...What was Ford's reason for not including the 5.4L as an option? This was supposed to be the "sport" truck, but it has the dog engine...really smart...

-To those who currently own one, how does it perform? I'm just looking for a moderately priced truck that I can both have fun with and play dirty with sometimes.. how does the 4.6L perform in this truck...(pickup, etc..)

-Is this truck any lighter than the others?
