Question Lowering the rear of my 2004 F-150

Does anyone know the best way to lower the rear of a 2004 F-150 2 to 3 inches? Thanks in advance!

form what i'm gathering from various posts...It looks like there are spacers on the frame between the leaf springs (am I right?...anyone, anyone, anyone?)

I think just removing those would drop it about 2 inches or more....

Anyone else out there wanna chime in on this one?...cause I may be doing just the same thing.

ya know...right after I posted I thought about that....I mean why would I lower the thing??...thats why I get a truck in the first place ....ride height!....my only concern is since I am going with 22'' rims and tires I wanna make sure I don't have too much empty space in the wheel well.
