Locked-in but says no build date

Locked-in but says no build date
Just returned from the dealer and he says the order states "Locked-in". When I asked what the build date is he said it didn't have one. Is this just a line or is this possible? It's my understanding you must have a build date to be Locked-in. Any of you big brained guys have the answer?

Looks like you were set for a 9/18 Build date -- as you may know NAP was shutdown due to some rain on both 9/18 and 9/19 -- should be reblended when the plant comes back online

Thank you for checking this out. This is a Screw so it will be built in KC and the storm should't have effected it. Would next month at this time be a good estimate as to when it should arrive at my dealer? Thanx again
