I noticed in the brochure the picture of the 2004 XL doesn't have fog lamps. The front bumper is solid all the way across. For the XLT, since it also uses chrome bumpers, if you don't get fog lamps, do you get a solid bumper as well, or are there holes with crummy black plastic covers in them like the pre-2004's? Anyone know?

 

There are no bumper inserts without fog lamps. You get a solid bumper instead.
