Moonroof Operation
I was in a FX4 at the dealer and tried the moonroof.
Press the switch one was and it opens the rear by moving up.
Press the switch the other way and it closes the rear and slides back completely open.
The problem was closing it. When I close it, if you hold the button an instant too long it opens the rear again.
I went back and forth this way several times trying to get it exactly closed.
Is there a way to know it is completely closed?

I had this problem at first too. When the roof closes all the was, the rear end of the glass moves to a higher position than the front and makes you think that it is open. From either open position (open or vent) push and hold the button in the opposite way until it stops and it will go to the closed position. Also when you open it, it opens about 90% called the comfor setting (I guess there is less wind) you can push the button and open it 2 or 3 more inches.
I havent tried it but maybee something to try.
Did you push the button constantly or just press it once? If you only pressed it once, did it only close alittle bit? Maybee you have to hold the button down for about 5 secs then Itll automatically close.
Interesting

You have to hold the button down until the roof reaches its next position and then it will stop automatically. If you let go, the roof will stop wherever it is. It took me a little getting used to and at first I was worried that it wouldn't be closed all the way and it would rain. Now that I gotten used to the controls I don't have any problems at all with it.
