box height?

Hey BigSherm, can you measure the height from the ground to the top of your box, including bed rails? I'm curious to see how much higher it sits than our 97. Your's is a 4x4, right? I am trying to figure out how much clearance I'll have between the top of the bed rails and the bottom of my gooseneck trailer... The borchure says 56", but we measured the XLT at a dealership and it measured 58". And it had the 17" wheels.

Mine is a 4x4 with the 18 inch wheels and I measured 56 inches from the ground to the outside edge of the bed rail. I may be a little off but I didn't have a straight edge long enough to lay across the bed rails. I hope this helps, I don't know why the XLT with smaller wheels would be sitting up higher.

What a guy...!

Thanks, BigSherm. That is the dimension given in the brochure as well, so I feel a bit better. I'm also not sure why the XLT measured so high. Thanks for taking the time to measure~
