I was the first to order a 2004 truck form the dealer in my area. It is a supercrew. I was told by the manager that some orders may be delayed due to a dealer ordering more trucks than they are allowed. I hope this is not the case with your truck. I'm not sure how it all works. Maybe you should check another dealer.

 

I'm ECSTATIC !!! My dealer just called and said my truck has been assigned a VIN #, but no build date. Finally... some information.

My order was submitted on 7/11/03, at least that's when I ordered it from the dealer... VIN received today, 8/27/03. I'm using A-Plan and was putting a little pressure on the dealer for about 2 weeks.

 

Well then I better be one of the next ones on the list. Ordered 6/27/03. Updated it 7/10/03. Also an A-plan from the dealer. I keep noticing fluctuating dates on people and their orders. They all don't appear to be getting assigned in chronological order by order submission dates.

 

Could you do a nother check for an update on status please?
