Tires
hey, so those arent what the stock tires are gonna look like, I am loving the trucks but those rims and tires look very dead and tired,
Arent those trucks just test vehicles for car and driver and stuff,
So those probably arent the stock options, I sure hope not, cause I have seen pictures of the fx4s and they had sweet stock rims on them
What do you guys think

Point taken.
I didn't get a Screw in the first place because I thought the interior was inferior. I actually think the pictures of the new interior look great and I do hope it is better.
btw - does it have mirrors that automatically fold in? THey started putting that on the 02 version of my truck and I always thought that was a great feature. I get tired of pulling one of my mirrors in to get in the garage.

Here is an article mentioning all of these F-150's in S. Texas. Nothing too notable except that some analyst believes that there will be some incentives.

Interior...
"I wouldn't say it is better than any interior of any truck on the road. I currently have a GMC C3 (will be getting a 2004 Screw) and the interior looks like it is getting close, but still can't compare. I would say it is the second best interior and the best under $40k."
Having actually been fortunate enough to sit inside the new F-150 at the Chicago Auto Show back in February, I can tell you that the interior is, in fact, a significant improvement over any other truck out there. For once, Ford is using high-quality plastics and kickass designs that are vibrant, full of color and, in my opinion, beautifully-executed; on the other hand, Chevy/GMC trucks are notorious for their cheap, poorly-molded plastic interiors. In fact, in their comparison of the Hemi Ram, the Silverado SS, and the Harley-edition F-150, Truck Trend magazine griped about the Silverado SS's interior. They couldn't believe at how "cheap" it was for a $40,000 truck. "Negatives include the center-stack cubby insert that kept falling out, headliner glue wept above the driver's head, and the driver's seat rocked..." (Truck Trend, pg. 28, July/August 2003). And, while I certainly love the interior of my '03 Ram Heavy Duty, it can't compare to the new F-150's, unfortunately.

While looking at those great pictures, they all seam to be 4x4's in either XLT, FX4, or Lariat trim levels. Did you see any 4x2 in XL, STX, or XLT trim levels? If so, I'd love to see pictures of those, especially in S/Cab.

I have the same request....I'd like to see more XLT Scab pics. I'm curious how the 8' bed will look with that truck.
