Cool 2004 Pics at the Kentucky Engineering Prooveout Facility

This isn't very exciting as most all of us know what the 2004 is going to look like but, I snapped some pictures anyway...

These were taken at the Kentucky Engineering Prooveout Facility located adjacent to the Kentucky Truck Plant (Home of the Excursion and Super Duty - See this thread for more pics of the Kentucky Truck Plant and the 'Sea of Super Duties' https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...hreadid=117437 )

Enjoy. Feel free to post comments.

An 8-Pack o' 2004's

Same trucks... same angle...

This was as close as I could get with my Sony Digital Camera. Can't tell much detail but, there's no doubt, they're 2004 F-150s. All SuperCab models.

Hrrm... I suppose they were SCREWS.

I was sitting on the side of a fairly busy road, stopped, in my wife's Accord worried that I was going to get PLOWED by some SOB running 80... it was pretty much, hop out, snag a photo, run back to the car, gun it.

LOL!

Yeah You did really well even considering the circumstances.. Do they let people do that? Or are those truck supposed to be hidden secretly?

They're definately not 'hidden' as you can see them from one of the major interstates here in Louisville if you know what you're looking for...

These were fairly 'out in the open'... I just couldn't get many more 'closeups' for fear of loosing my life on a rear end collision. People FLY down through there.

Just a quick update...

The trucks are gone and/or out of sight now.

Not sure exactly what they're doing with them but, they're certainly not sitting where they used to be sitting.
