04 Interior on Supercab
Has anyone who has been to the Auto shows been able to see the interior of the 04 F150 for the supercab, mainly the rear seat area.
I currently have a lemon of a Silverado and intend to buy a 150 in Oct. and was wondering if the rear seat room of the new 150 is equal to or larger than the Silverado ext. cab. I have kids and the current 150 super cab is just to small and I dont want to go to the shorter box on the super crew.
Thanks for anyones reply.

No Supercab at the Detroit show, just Screw and it was locked up. I expect the 2004 Supercab to be a little larger than the GM extended cab. The 2004 regular and extended cab are 6" longer than current design, and I don't think the GM is 6" larger than the current one. Check out the article at Pickuptruck.com, spcifically this part:
"On the SuperCab, Ford addressed something that’s been a gripe for anyone who has ever sat in back: the seat rake angle. For 2004, on the rear seats, the SuperCab now offers a new backrest recline of 21 degrees, which matches the seating position on the SuperCrew. This makes it much easier on the rear seat riders, as well as the driver who won’t have to listen to comfort complaints any more.
Overall the cabin is wider and longer than before, with six more inches of length in Regular and SuperCab configurations, and the front seats offer more room. Grab handles are abundant for ease of entry and exit, and opening the rear access doors only requires using a single, double-acting handle that replaces the inner/outer door handles on the current model. "
There is a picture of the back seat on page 4, but I'm not sure if it is the SC or Screw.

i can't wait to sit in one of these. the philly auto show only had one, and you couldn't even get near it. you'd think with this being fords #1 seller, they'd have one of each config at all the shows and let you go up and see the thing up close
