I wish the 2004's have automatic 4wd. It is such a nice option in the chevy pickups. Ford has automatic 4wd in the expedition. Couldn't Ford just incorporate that into the F-150

 

Does this mean the 2004's DO NOT have the Control Trac Auto 4wd, either as standard or an option?

If not, I agree, it is an oversite. There are many many times when it came in handy during on-road driving here in Wisconsin when we used to have an Explorer.
