New at cars and need help
Just for some context, I am new with cars (fixing them) and my dad had this 2003 ford-f150 for many years. It kept breaking down on him (he could only get the part that needed to be replaced done, so there was always something that was going to go wrong soon) so he got a new truck in 2020. So this 2003 Ford-F150 has been sitting in the driveway for the last 5 years or so. Besides the manual I have no idea what I'm doing so if anyone has any help on what needs to get done and how to do it that would be appreciated.
My main question is on the sparkplugs though. I've started getting those out and replaced and I've currently gotten 7 of the 8 done. The 4th one (closest one to the passenger side) however, has not budged and after having a friend who is a ford mechanic come over he said the hex was stripped. We tried getting some of those long extractors that have grooves but that didn't work, and then we tried latching onto the tip of the sparkplug. The issue we have is that it won't come out, we can't see what we're doing, we don't know if we're moving it. All we know is that it's not coming out. My dad got a borescope and we might try to take the engine out to try and fix it better. But if any of you might know whats wrong, how to fix it, or just general information or help on fixing the car that would be much appreciated. I also have a link to a google drive folder that has pictures of the truck https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...usp=drive_link
Thanks in advance,

Thanks in advance,
no offense, but I’m not gonna click the link
It might be easier to yank the engine to remove the head, however, at that point, you’re almost better off getting a donor engine that you know runs and drives and doesn’t have any issues to go back in its place - I don’t know what your budget is like but I just picked up a low mile reman 5.4 2 valve for under 600 bucks
