Poor engine running after standing

I have a 1997 4.6L Triton engined truck, during lockdown it stood for 2 years and the batter died, I have fitted a new battery and it starts and ticks over fine but when driving feels uneven, does not pull well but will still carry a load and go at full motorway speed (or over) put in neutral and floor the throttle and it hits mid rev range and misfires. Being in Europe I have no local knowledge base to use so basically HELP!! its been like this for over a year now although I only use it when I need to

Could be any of the following:

Clogged fuel filter
Dirty fuel injectors
Spark plugs
Plug wires
Coil packs
Low fuel pressure
Bad fuel
Dirty air filter

You need a OBD2 scanner. I don't know if parts stores do this in Europe but any decent repair shop should have a scanner. You can also buy a scanner (code reader) on Amazon. Search your local Amazon page for OBD2 scanner, they start around 20 euros.
