Door Locks Not Working/Responding

My Dad's 1999 F150 hasn't had working door locks for a long time. He asked me to help him figure it out. The buttons on the doors don't do anything but you can hear them making a clicking noise when pushed. The key fob has the same results, doesn't lock or unlock but you can hear noise at the door. I'm assuming this means the actuators need to be replaced? Looking for thoughts before I try to pull the doors off (I've seen the videos how to, but tips are always appreciated!) I looked under the dash down by the pedals and there is no white keyless entry box/module if that matters. The doors can be locked and unlocked manually without any issues.
I've include a video of the symptoms hoping that helps with the diagnosis. Thanks!

It was the actuators! Using the tiny slot on the side of the door to push it out was the trick. Good to go now!
