5.4 Head gasket issue??

I have a 01 Supercrew that I purchased new and currently has 228k miles on it. It has been a great pickup and just gets used as a spare vehicle. This past week received a P0301 misfire code, so I swapped out the coil with a new coil and still had a misfire. Current coils and plugs only have about 10k miles on them and are Motorcraft parts. I then replaced the spark plug, same issue. I swapped the fuel injector and there was no change. Checked the compression on that cylinder and had 50 psi, put a little oil in the cylinder and gained about 10 psi. I removed the roller rockers from that cylinder and had no leakage from the exhaust or intake, you could hear some from the crankcase but didn't seem too excessive. The compression on cylinder #2 was at 120 psi and #3 was at 180 psi. Original head gaskets were replaced at 130k miles due to an oil leak on the rear right head. Any chance that the head gasket could have failed between cylinders 1 and 2 or do I have a bad cylinder? No coolant in the oil and burns maybe 1 quart to 1500 miles.

If you took the roller rockers off cyl 2, would that help in the diag when you pressurized the cylinder? Seems like the head needs to come off? #shadetree mechanic!

Turns out that part of my piston is missing. Don’t know how it was still running.
