I have a 1997 f150 ..... no crank no spark ... changed spark plugs yesterday still nothing .... however noticed a plug that I'm not too sure where it belongs could it be to the crankshaft sensor... maybe the harness???? Please help tia ..... added some pics

 

No crank - as in you turn the key and nothing happens? Or - does it turn over but just not start? Which engine? How do you know there's no spark?

 

it turns over just doesn't start.. 4.6 L V8 ..... it seems there is no spark..... spark plugs were very dirty it was time to replace them so I did. Checked all fuses and no codes come up

 

Have you used a spark tester? Do you have fuel pressure?

 

yes to Spark tester and yes there is fuel pressure

 

How much fuel pressure did it have? It needs at least around 28lbs. to start.

 

How did you check the codes? with a reader? If there is a P1000 code your computer may not be getting power. My PCM relay was bad causing my 02 to intermittently crank but not start.
