4.6 to 5.4 swap.

4.6 to 5.4 swap.
I have a 01 f150 4x4 flipped it on its side bout an 03 F150 4x4 with the 4.62v which is locked up but body is great so I was going to swap the 5.42v from the 01 but it ended up being locked up after I flipped the truck so I bought a remanufactured 5.4 2v from Ford to drop in the 03 I know about the tourque converter so I swapped my whole tranny from my 01 which is good don't know if the one on the 03 is and I took the computer from my 01 and the cluster and ignition cause I know they are needed cause the pats my question is can I use the 4.6 harness or do I need the 5.4 wouldn't be a problem cause I do have it another question I know the mufflers aren't lined up the same on the 4.6 so can I just use the ones from my 01 that had a 5.4 thanks in advance
