03 F150 Sitting a While - Octane Booster
4.6L, been sitting 2.5 years, will octane booster be enough, or do I have to drain the tank? I think there's a vent on top of tank that is somewhat easy.

I’d drain the fuel tank anyway, change the fuel filter and flush the lines / clean the injectors
