Mommas getting old and bigger
Hello All,
we are both getting older... ZI had to get your attention
We have a truck , 2001 F150 Super Crew I bought from Arizona. I live in Wisconsin and we salt the roads.
My truck does not have any rust on it. I want to keep it that way.
I am afraid that if I buy these rocker panel mounted nerf bars/running boards, I will introduce the opportunity for rust and also weaken the rocker panel/pinch weld. ( I said we are getting bigger)
I am not afraid to weld to the frame if that is necessary. I would like to ask everyones advice on running boards/nerf bars/sliders and mounting of them.
Do you know of anyone that sells FRAME mounted nerfs bars/Running Boards/ rock sliders, something for us to step on that wont stress the rocker panels or pinch welds
