F150 4.6 start issue

Have a 04/2004 F150 short bed regular cab that I just purchased from a local business. Truck hasn't ran for over a year but only has 82k miles on it. Got it home and sprayed carb cleaner in intake and fired up and ran but died when it had not carb cleaner being sprayed. Ordered fuel pump and found out truck must be a 2003 being a 04 pump was not correct. All fuses are showing good you too correct voltage and switched relays for PCM and fuel pump. Installed new pump and still no start. Checked inertia switch in pass kick panel and have no power. Put power to it and pump kicked on so cranked and no start. Fuel pressure went to 40psi when given power. Scan tool detects rpm. Engine light comes on. No codes. Do what would cause the injectors not to inject fuel? Injectors have power. Read all day yesterday on similar issues with no luck. There was a mention of moisture in pass lower kick panel and I did notice rust when testing inertia switch. Any idea?

This won't help with this problem, but you probably have a 2004 Heritage F150. If it's the same body style as the 97-03 trucks that's what you have.

Got it fixed. It just needed the theft reset and didn't know you had to use the master key..
