Needing help please

I have an 4.6 f150, trying to get the timing cover bolts back on, however, I'm not sure if I lost some bolts or what because the bolts I have are now not fitting, or at least 7 of them. Can someone please give me some insight on the bolts. The ones circled seems to be wider in diameter. Thank you in advance.

No, the engine was already a Romeo, which the new heads are. Hope that helps.
