Rough idle, out of ideas

99 4.6W with 267K miles. Tried several things so far, looking for other ideas to fix rough idle at stop light. I did new plugs, wires, coils, cleaned entire intake assembly including IAC and all passageways, new air filter. What's next to try?

Techron in the gas to clean the injectors. Compression test.

Vacuum is my guess but did

you sync the coils?
