No ground to driver's window motor plug 99 F150
Driver's window slowly stopped working. After much troubleshooting, I found I have no ground at the window motor plug for both up and down positions. When I put meter at both pins for window motor plug and press switch, I do not have 12 volts. If I touch black meter lead to vehicle frame I do get 12 volts when switch is pressed. So I think I have a bad ground in driver's door harness. I already did the GEM bypass splice for tan/blue wire, no luck. Motor is good, switch is good. Is there a separate ground wire for the drivers door? I know each wire in the motor plug alternates acting as the ground wire if switch is pressed up or down. I'm lost at this point, spent all day on it.

I swapped it with the other relay, no luck. Don't think it's the relay because passe
Yeah I’m not sure what witchcraft makes it work. I just added power windows and locks to my 98 and it was a mess. I had to use 4 relays for the windows. I’m not sure how they make it work with just one. I can only assume the use of diodes.
