Driver side power window inop, relay #4 clicks. I tried changing the motor, greased the regulator rails. The window moves up and down by hand with moderate resistance, seems like motor would at least move it some, but I get no movement at all. I have 12 volts power to the switch. Passenger window works fine. I tried jumping the terminals on the switch plug, still no movement. Out of ideas.

 

You say you are getting power to the switch but are you getting power to the motor ?
