Lifted front end sagging??

Hello everybody. I recently bought a lifted 2002 f150 XLT 4x4. It has a Fabtech lift, not sure what size. The front end is quite a bit lower than the rear. The issue I'm having is the ride, it is shockingly rough. I'm not very mechanically savvy but after taking a look at it be bump stops in the front which are extended Fabtech bump stops only have about a quarter of an inch of clearance so every time I hit a bump I'm hitting the bump stop. Also the shocks look like they're over compressed, they're only extended about 2 inches. And the crossmember, which again is the aftermarket Fabtech crossmember, is level with the lower control arms... Rather than the LCAs being lower than crossmember. I unfortunately won't be able to post any pictures until tomorrow but I was really hoping someone would have some experience relating to this before I take it down to the mechanic.

Any help would be much appreciated.
