Frame / Chassis number

Hello , my name is Ivan , Im from Russia .
I have Ford F-150 2WD XL (2000)
The friend of my Father bought this ford f-150 and bring it to Moscow from Canada , after this he sold it to my Father . And after my Father died , i get it from him . I have some problems with "pappers" , becouse in tech passport there is no Frame/chassis Number , and i cant find it on frame (maybe becouse of the rust) . But i need to show it in Police office to enable to sell it , according to "police rules" .
So i ask you , please tell me where i can find frame number , OR can you give official source or asnwer what there is no frame number on this vichle .

Do they not accept the VIN number, which is on a plate on the dashboard just inside the driver's side windshield, and is also on the sticker on the door jamb?

Разве они не принимают номер VIN, который находится на табличке на приборной панели внутри лобового стекла со стороны водителя, а также на наклейке на дверном косяке?

A vehicle identification number (VIN) (also called a chassis number or frame number) is a unique code, including a serial number, used by the automotive industry to identify individual motor vehicles, towed vehicles, motorcycles, scooters and mopeds, as defined in ISO 3779 (content and structure) and ISO 4030 (location and attachment).

The VIN is stamped on the frame along the passenger side, toward the rear in most models. You'll typically find it in front of the rear passenger tire.

Even a cursory reading of that reference clearly states it's for trucks that are now, on average, 50+ years old....
