I have a 97 ford f150 4.6 romeo motor... had tons of vacuum leaks ,... fix that #3 cylinder dead something bounced around inside... I can deal with all that but the part I cannot fix is the the lean bank 1 and 2 and a misfire on 3 (expected) 7,8 I had a e3 plug in there for 40k miles and looked ok when taken out then I changed all plugs and wires and the truck runs like **** I cannot go up hills and it smoked a e3 plug in 4 days please help
I have gone over everything 100 times I just dont know what I can do
fuel pressure is 29 and dosent change even if I take the vacuum line of the regulator
reset the computer and could not get the codes to pop but the fuel pressure never changes always 29
I know I need a new motor .. but I need to try to make this last a little longer
one on right is 40k miles.. the one on left 4 days why????

The truck needs a new owner, looks to me like you destroy the motor running proven junk, failure attempts at spark plugs
You’re not gonna get that motor to “last longer”, it’s done been ruined
Low fuel pressure may be something as simple as clogged fuel filter. My son's 2000 F-150 had low fuel pressure and it turned out to be just that. He also had a rusty fuel tank inside, which contributed to the problem because the injectors were plugged with granular rust. See photo....I endde up replacing the fuel tank (complete with pump and sender) Rock Auto ~~$300, all injectors ~~$100 and cleaned out the fuel rails and lines with carb cleaner and compressed air. Never ran better!

Your misfire is likely due to those plugs. The lean burn codes need to be analyzed. Start with the freeze frame data. Could also be a dirty MAF, dirty PCV, or a vacuum leak.
Until you do some diagnostics you won't know. Check the easy stuff first.
