Going to change heater blend door, does anyone know what this part is

Going to fix my blend door so I can control heat and eventually get my AC running. Previous owner cut the part pictured in this great you tube video in 2 pieces and left it under the dash. I am going to junk yard unless I can order a new piece somewhere. I will get the doorman kit and go through the glove compartment access and change all the parts at the same time. Anyone know a site selling these parts and the various bolts. Any help appreciated.

Anyone know the name of this piece?

Great video link attached

I don't know but I suspect that you will have to get that from a salvage yard. The truck like mine is getting old and dealer parts are getting scarce.

Thanks for this, seems most parts are discontinued, not surprising. Good news is there are tons of these trucks in the salvage yard, with weather getting good it's a Covid friendly place to be in.

Got all the parts from junk even used actuator worked, 8mm small socket is your friend and lots of light. Totally doable and I know have hot and cold blending, now I need A/C system checked over. If anyone needs hints let me know
