Will a 80mm MAF from a 1998 Lincoln Mark III fit on my truck?

I already offered information about the Trick Flow heads.
The valves are relocated for better flow and port design and far bettter than stock heads flows. You have to pay attention to the piston to valve clearence.
You would need to dial in the cams using a degree wheel and dial indicator. It will be different than stock heads.
Basicly for your intended level of use in a truck, the TF heads are a waiste of money. Porting stock heads for the money invested is also questionable.

The windsor motor was made in Canada right accross the river/border from the US Romeo motor plant.
The design is a bit different between the motors. Once you start swapping parts beteween them it becomes a hassle with bolts, front covers, cranks, blocks are differemt on thr bottom end, heads with different port shapes etc.
These motors do not enjoy a lot of after market support for info, intake manifolds or heads., and have been left behind by new designs.

After I took the time to offer you my experiences with these motors as well as in competition form , you just passed it off. It was meant to offer perspective.

Between blocks, cranks, pistons, heads, intakes, machining; our 4.6 Romeo engine program has close to $10k invested to get 425 hp naturally asperated .
A 'new' stock 5L DOHC replacment motor cost about the same now and it's about double the performance of a SOHC motor and twice as strong.
Only reason we can get close to a later 5L Mustamg on the track, with the 2 valve motor is the difference in car weight and the motor investment to get the power and handling setup. The late Mustang cost a lot more than our 98 to go racing with. The other guy bought his perfemance from a dealer for a lot more money.. We get expeience and satifaction from our efforts, as all racing has to offer most of us for the effort and expense.
Sure it's a difference between a race car and a truck but you are trying to do the same basic things to a much lower level with factory parts from two different designs.
You would likely be better off using an early Lincoln DOHC motor and working with it for a better end result for all the effort and expense.
Take this motor with an Alum block, have the heads gone over, increase the compression ratio, and drop it in the truck. A lot less hassle and cost in the end.
BTW, porting these heads still won't quite match the Trick Flow 2 valve heads for flow.
You want to build for low to mid range torque in truck appliction. The transmission has to be strong enough to take it. High RPM should not be the most important parameter, where head/intake flow is most important.

you also need the timing cover bolts AND if you use Romeo heads you’ll need a set of Romeo valve covers for a pickup (oil filler tube location)


PLUS the trick flows don’t like PI grind camshafts...
