12Volts on both wires on fuel injectors
I'm no expert but doesn't the computer ground one side in order to fire the coil? With the ignition on, you should measure voltage on both sides of the primary side of the coil. I ain't no pro mechanic but a shadetree.

Current and voltage are not one and the same and not used interchangbably. Using the word Juice is slang for voltage and power. Not good to use that term either.
You saw voltage only on both sides of the injector or coil when (no current) is flowing, such as Key on engine not running.
The voltage has to drop >>across<< the injector winding or coil , or it would blow a fuse.
The computer driver grounds one side of each one, to do this.
When the computer removes the ground while the engine is running, the coil sparks the plug gap.
Same with the injectors, no current until the computer grounds one side to open injector and let fuel into the port under pressure.
Both coils and injectors are fed voltage through the same fused source when the ignition is on and operate following the fire order sequence.
