2001 f150 4.6l no start

I have a 2001 f150 I just purchased for a decent deal only problem is it won't start when you crank the key so to bypass this i jump the solenoid i replace the solenoid with a know good but still nothing, the theft light doesn't flash but the lights on the dash and the radio are flashing and are using the blinker sounds, guy I bought it from thinks its the neutral safety switch, because he hit a tree backing up and thought it was pushed up a little bit i got under there and made sure the lines matched and still nothing

The GEM module is on the other side. That ain't it, anyway since the GEM module cannot cause the stated symptom.

OP: You likely have a rotted out ground. Remove both kick panels and inspect all of the grounding studs for corrosion and body rot.
