I have a 2003 f150 with a 4.2 is it ok for me to replace it with a 2007 4.2 will everything hookup

 

You will need to transfer some parts, such as the throttle body. There may be some electronic and sensor differences. If one is from an automatic and the other is from a manual, you will need to swap the pressure plate or flex plate.
