Help!! Where do these tubes go???!!!!

On the back of the throttle body, There are 2 tubes around where the pcv hose connects.... I know one goes to the water tube coming from the water pump on the back side of the passenger head, but where does the second one connect or terminate at??

2nd question.... 2 pcv valves??? One on each valve cover.... how does this work or where does the one on the drivers side connect??

Thanks guys!!
forgot to mention... 2002 4.6L Romeo

The PCV is on the passenger side valve cover. The driver's side connects to the air inlet tubing downstream of the filter. It supplies filtered air to the engine base.

That is not a PCV valve on the driver's side, as Roadie said that's the air inlet to the crankcase.

Both those pipes are coolant. One comes from the water pump, the other to the manifold itself. They both connect to the heater core
