I have a 99 F-150 xlt automatic. I’m trying to upgrade my cluster. Question is which clusters are compatible with my truck? I heard about Lightning and Harley Davison cluster would work. But I’m thinking what years would work??? Could I please get a little help. I would appreciate it.

lmao my bad man... I want to upgraded with a newer Year f150 cluster. Can It be done? If so which newer F-150 are compatible? I have a 99f150 xlt 2WD v6.. thank you for your time

 

I don't think anything but another V6 cluster would work, and any cluster swap will require in vehicle programming.

 

any other cluster "should" work if you keep your Mileage board and swap it over, its needed for PATS

99-02 Navigator (different face, face overlay, and needles)
00 or 01 Harley Davidson (both would be pretty rare find)

 

x2 on the odo board and PATS.

'99 was when they went from the mechanical meters to digital.

 

Hello all, i was able to swap an 02 into my 99 but i had to keep mileage board from the 99. My reason was a dead speedo. Also important is non tach units dont mix with tach units as far as switching the psom.
