99 f150 5.4 need help.

I recently had to drive my truck across a creek and got stuck because my front tire went flat, anyway water wasn’t over the hood but was close to it and filled up the passenger side inside the cab a good bit. Got it pulled out of the creek and got it home let everything dry for a good bit and the truck will not start back it crankes over just fine everything works electronically just will not start I’ve tired everything I could think of pulled coils and plugs all look good it’s getting fuel. Fuses look good anyone have any idea what I could do? It’s a 99 f150 5.4 Triton auto 4x4 swb.

Inertia switch?

Are you sure the fuses and everything is good? Lots of wiring is in the area you said was submerged

Yeah I pulled all the fuses and they all looked good. Everything in the truck works like it did so nothing shorted out,
I’m thinking it has to be something simple I’ve inhooked all the wires that might have gotten wet and even the pcm and hit it with wd40 a few days ago but it didn’t help. Still just cranks but won’t start.

How do you KNOW it's getting spark and fuel? You need to check the spark with an inline spark tester and use noid lights to see if the injectors are pulsing.

For such a level of water intrusion, you need to check for water in the oil or change it to be sure.
Right up front at the crank pully is the crank sensor that had to go under water. It has to work or nothing else works.
You need to do basic troubleshooting for fuel and ignition first, before tearing all the other places apart and risk causing more issues to compound the situation.
