How do you know it's not getting spark? Have you used an inline spark tester?

You said it ran with fuel in the throttle body? But won't run now that you fixed the fuel pump?!

I'm confused.

The motor is cranking. Just not starting. I determined the lack of spark by using a multimeter on the coil pack plugs and there's no voltage on either wire. I'll test the injectors when I get home from work. There's an aftermarket alarm on the truck so is it possible there's a kill switch somewhere I have to reset? And yes, it will not run now, jimbo.

To prove the coils are being pulsed, check the leads coming from the PCM.
If yes, look at the harness for modification and a lead to an Alarm of some sort.
If you find same, disconnect and apply 12 volts as stock to the coils.
The motor should start if there is no other fault.
