Front doors are different. 50 3/4" on supecab VS. 44 3/4" on SuperCrew.

Which year and cab style do you have, and which door do you need to replace?

I have a '98 shortbed single cab. Black. I found a roush expedition that has good ones so was thinking about it. Pulling the wiring is a major deterrent in my book otherwise I'd have just grabbed them.

oh, I have no idea about standard cabs and expeditions....

you asked about 4 doors and exp cabs, I assumed it was an ext cab and a supercrew as you mentioned the small bed

AFAIK, there was never a Roush expedition

Well this one is all out roush with interior, body, wheels, pedals body kit. There's a couple on cardomain dot com. It has roush leather 3rd row seating so I'm guessing they did make them. It doesn't have any engine mods though.
Basically the question is are the doors on a regular cab the same as an exp. I don't really even look at 4door anymore at the yards as they are so different.

Did a bit of research. The only direct interchange is 97-98 standard or extended cab doors. 99-03 will bolt to the truck but the door panel is not interchangeable, the door handles and window tracks mount differently. Expys use crew cab doors.

ah crap. i have a couple doors that came with the truck that i haven't put on. still single cab but no idea if they are '97/98. so you're saying the door latches may not align? or just the interior is different? i know that is the case. these are complete doors/window/interior panels.

yep. unfortunately the hours and daylight mean closing with a half hour to run in and try to find parts much less get them out. i get parts for others before my own. my truck is a hobby, the money is in the others.

The later doors will mount, open, close, and latch. You just have to use the complete doors, including all hardware and interior panels.

alright so i looked at this expedition again today. it is a roush. there's a number plate on the passenger firewall. the engine is pretty stripped but heads are there. think they're worth pulling? seats i think i'm going to grab. what else is roush specific? lol, i am going to get a 4"wheel for my grinder to take that label off the firewall. a little bit of history not going to trash.
