Trouble finding front shock

I’m having problems finding front shock. Anybody having the same problem? I have a 99 f150 2WD with a 3 inch lvl kit in the front. Rough country doesn’t carry the shocks I need, only in 4x4.

3" spindle lift? You'd just use stock shocks.

3" springs?

I ordered them thinking they would fit. Went to put them on then notice it wouldn’t fit. Called them, they tell me they don’t carry them anymore for my truck😒
