my tired(406000.) 2002 150 has a beeping problem, about every 15 minutes, it put out 5 long beeps, like the sound of the seat belt warning, but longer, and when it is below 45 degrees a weird buzzing from the left side of dash board, and the turn signals don't work till I have the heater on and warmed up,

 

Check your GEM for water ingress and corrosion.
