Hello again, wanting to know the identity and color codes of the 4 wires coming off the top of the fuel pump on a 1999 F-150 4.6 4x4 XLT?

Wire colors are on the vehicle side of the connector. The colors of the wires on the actual pump module can vary with its manufacturer.

Another question, does the p/BK power wire to the pump come from terminal 87 at relay 301?

Ok, answered my own question thanks to some one who posted a wiring diagram (THANK YOU). The P/BK wire to the fuel pump is the power source coming from the inertia switch. What I decided to do since the truck bed was rusted in several areas was to cut a access opening approx. 8"x 6" directly above the fuel module. With this performed I was able to re-attach the P/BK wire where it had broken close to the plastic module housing using a Solder seal shrink butt connector. Problem all solved, will be placing a caulked sheet metal patch panel with self taping screws over the access opening that I made!
