I am new here and not even sure if I should post a new thread, but grasping for straws and any help is greatly appreciated. I am using R1Jester's photo here for reference. I need to know what the below highlighted part is or maybe the whole assembly?I have looked in my haynes manual and all over this site and rockauto. Just not finding anything that looks like it. Mine is damaged and needs replacing. The red hose goes to fuel regulator and black to EGR, the white goes to something on the firewall, not sure what it is called. The black vacuum line leaks and the idle rpms will fluctuate between 600-800 or so. If seated properly I am not getting any fluctuation at least any that i can tell.
I might be able to rig it with some kind sealant, but wanted advice on that as well.

The vacuum line that runs from the top of the TB elbow to the green connector on the firewall, this hose looked like it was decaying(says fuel line)...does it have anything to do with idle though? I would guess no... but never the less should it be changed out? I'll see how this goes, and report back on my never ending idle situation...
Here is mine, much worse shape(squirrels I believe).

Did you get a new connection or how did you fix it?
