I replace the door jam switch on the passenger side of my singe cab. I may (Did) get a little forceful with the window guide bar that blocks the latch and now the window binds when going up and down.

What's the name of the part and how is it supposed to come out? I found the screw on the door panel, but I don't see anything on the top side.
